Date: Saturday, August 16th, 2025 from 1pm-5pm

Arrival Time: Vendors asked to arrive between 11am-12pm for set up.

Overview: Greenhouse Gives is excited to invite vendors related to the disabled community to participate in our upcoming Expansion event. This event focuses on raising awareness of physical disabilities, fostering inclusivity, and showcasing resilience and innovation within the disabled community.
Why Participate?

Types of Vendors We Are Seeking:

We are looking for vendors whose offerings align with the theme of the event, such as:

  • Disabled-owned businesses, creatives, and artists sharing their products, artwork, or services.  
  • Programs, organizations, and resources that serve individuals with physical disabilities.
  • Products or devices that enhance accessibility and independence for people with physical disabilities.
  • Businesses that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity in their operations or products.
  • Vendors with unique offerings that celebrate innovation, inclusion, and disability awareness.

Vendor Expectations:

  • Free Vendor Spaces: Limited free spaces are available to vendors aligned with the event’s mission.
  • Space is limited, and we may only accept a handful of vendors depending on the venue size.
  • Vendor spaces will likely be indoors for this event.

We will notify all selected vendors of the venue details and setup requirements as soon as they are finalized.
