2025 South Kingstown Firefighter Scholarships
The Kingston and Union Fire Districts, in collaboration with the town of South Kingstown, are pleased to announce the availability scholarships for either graduating high school seniors or current serving SK Firefighters and their families.

Requirements
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must either be graduating high school seniors from the class of 2025 or currently serving as SK Firefighters. They must fulfill one of the following criteria:

  • Have a direct family connection to a current or life member of either the Union Fire District or the Kingston Fire District.
  • Serve as an active member of the Union Fire District or the Kingston Fire District.
  • Attend South Kingstown High School or the Prout School as a senior, with aspirations for a career in Fire/Emergency Services.

Applicants must complete the application and submit required documents by May 4th @ 2200:
  • Completed SK Firefighter Scholarship application.
  • Designation of the intended institution, whether it be a 4 or 2-year college, technical or trade school, or accredited EMT or higher medical training program.
  • High school transcript, including first semester senior grades, for those graduating in 2025.
