CalTPA Equipment Request Process:

Step 1:
Please complete and submit the online request form below.

Step 2:
A copy of your request will be emailed to you so that you know your submission was received.

Step 3:
Within 24 hours of your request being received, an IT staff member will notify you by email whether or not the equipment is available.

If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please forward the email receipt of your original request to coe.sjsu@gmail.com.

All requests are filled in order in which they are received.

Microphones are available for special circumstance use only (i.e 143B or SS Phase 2 students).
If requesting a microphone, please indicate why it is needed in the Other Comments section.
If requesting a tripod, please indicate which brand, Polaroid 42" or Dynex 53".

Please provide a time when you will pick up the equipment. Time must be in the afternoon between 1:00-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and in the morning between 8:00-11:30am Tuesday-Friday. The booking time you've requested may be subject to change based on appointment availability. Please check your email for confirmation.
