Electronic reports can be submitted by using the incident Report Form. This information goes to the Title IX Coordinator.  Providing contact information is optional except in situations where employees are required to report under Texas law. Anonymous Complainants should understand that while the College will do its best to address anonymous complaints and reports, it may be limited in its ability to investigate and otherwise respond to or address them.
