This form is for general inquiries or for reporting violations of the Oceanink Squids Code of Conduct:
If you experience or witness any form of violation of the Oceanink Squids Code of Conduct in an online community space or physical event, please remember that you can also contact a moderator or admin of the space or an event organiser.
Reports are kept confidential to the extent possible. This form is split into two sections - information you provide in Section 1 (the "Report Summary") will be available to all Oceanink admins and mods. Information in Section 2 ("Report Details") will be visible only to Alecat and CalamarCat, who may share this information as deemed appropriate to handle your report.
Based on the information provided, your report may be filed for future reference, immediate disciplinary action may be enacted or an investigation may be opened. Not all reports are investigated.
Please understand that if an investigation is required that it may take some time to work through your report.
Oceanink Squids is not a court of law and can enforce its decisions only within its community spaces.
