Request for Course Withdrawal
Students may withdraw from seated campus courses during Week 4 through Week 9 of the current semester.  Withdrawals from online accelerated courses may be made Week 2 through Week 5.  In all cases, the date of the withdrawal is the date the completed form is received.  See the CCBS Academic Catalog section titled "Changes in Registration" for complete information on withdrawals.

Statement of Academic Standing
Withdrawing renders a course grade of W (if passing) or WF (if failing).  These grades do not affect a student's GPA directly, but they may impact a student's Satisfactory Academic Progress as it relates to financial aid.  It is highly recommended you contact our Financial Aid Officer prior to withdrawing.
