Submission of this completed form serves as a nomination into the Frederick Gives Holiday Giveaway. You should receive confirmation that your entry has been received upon submission.

You will be notified by December 16, 2022 if the family you nominated is one of our prize package recipients.

FREDERICK GIVES HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY 2022 OFFICIAL RULES

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Subject to federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win a prize package from the Frederick Gives Holiday Giveaway, you must be a legal resident of Maryland above 18 years of age. Employees and household members of sponsor companies are not eligible to win a gift. 

  3. HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY: Each Frederick Gives nomination serves as one entry into the giveaway. There is NO limit to how many families you can nominate, and consequently how many entries a family can have in the giveaway. Each family nominated is eligible to win only one of the 2 prize packages. To enter, you must fill out a nomination form at: https://forms.gle/r57FuTt3wPUftGD8A. You can nominate your family, or a family you know. Winner contact information must be valid to win. 

  4. WINNER SELECTION: 2 different families will be selected to win 1 of 2 prize packages by a committee made up of individuals from Frederick Gives sponsor companies based on the stories submitted in the nomination forms submitted between November 22, 2022 and December 10, 2022. Winning families and nominators will be notified by phone/email by December 16, 2022. The winning families will be announced on At Virtual Reality social media platforms on December 20, 2022.
