Series 1: Awareness of AI Tools and Technology
- Discover how organisations such as DBS are using AI to transform the way they work and serve customers.
- Learn practical ways to use AI tools more effectively for school, work, and everyday life.
- Evaluate AI-generated information critically and responsibly.
- Understand how AI can help them make safer and more informed decisions online, particularly in relation to scams and financial matters.

Series 2: Organisational and Project Management Skills
- Understand the key stages of planning and executing a project.
- Apply project management principles to organise tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate team members effectively.
- Explore real-world examples of how DBS plans and delivers large-scale initiatives, and draw lessons applicable to youth-led projects and events.
- Identify common challenges in project execution and develop strategies to manage risks, changes, and competing priorities.

Series 3: Leading Change and Innovation
- Explore how DBS has embraced innovation and transformation to respond to changing customer and societal needs.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address real-world challenges and generate innovative solutions.
- Recognise common barriers to change and identify strategies to gain support and bring others along on the journey.
- Develop confidence in taking initiative and contributing new ideas within their teams and communities.

Series 4: Strategic Thinking and Big Picture Leadership

- Explore DBS' transformation journey as a case study to understand how organisations anticipate change, adapt to evolving needs, and remain relevant in a rapidly changing environment.
