There will
be three vendor options: FREE, FREEMIUM50, & FREEMIUM100
Free Vendor
Option: There is no charge for booth space. All free vendor
applications must be submitted by March 1, 2026. Vendor placement
is first come, first served and based on availability. You are required to
provide your own tables and chairs unless you are a GC Department Vendor then
it will be provided for you.
$50 Freemium
Vendor Upgrade Vendors selecting the Freemium50 Option will
receive: One guaranteed vendor booth space, One table and one chair
provided, Priority check-in and early setup, Business name listed in
the official festival vendor directory, Business name included in one
vendor spotlight on our social media pages
$100 Premium
Freemium Vendor Upgrade Vendors selecting the Freemium100 Option will
receive: One guaranteed booth space in a preferred location, Two
tables and two chairs provided, Priority check-in with early
setup, Business logo featured on the event flyer, as space allows, Business
logo and link featured on the festival website, Two vendor spotlight posts
on ArtHealthy social media pages, Business name announced during the
festival program
Electricity
Fee: Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis and
requires vendors to purchase at least the $50 Freemium vendor option. This
requirement does not apply to GC department vendors.
Vendor
Check-In, Set-Up, and Breakdown: Check-In Time: 8:00 a.m.
to 11:30 a.m. Vendors arriving after 11:30 a.m. may lose their
pre-assigned location and be moved to an alternate area., All vendors will
receive an assigned check-in time and booth location after
approval. Booths must be completely set up by 11:45 a.m. Vendors
must remain open until at least 5:00 p.m. Breakdown: 5:00
p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All vendors must be off festival grounds by 6:30
p.m.
Vendor
Responsibilities: Vendors must provide a detailed description of the
items they plan to sell or display. Booth areas must be kept clean
throughout the event. All trash, boxes, and materials must be removed at
the end of the day. Every applicant will receive an approval or denial
email after their submission is reviewed. Approved vendors will receive
their booth assignment and event map by email.
Important: Booth
locations are assigned based on application date and availability. The
festival will take place rain or shine. All vendors must complete the full
vendor registration form to be considered.
