Royal Parks Half Marathon 2021
Running for the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
Thank you for your interest in taking on the challenge of the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

We have 20 charity places for the postponed 2020 event, where our chosen supporters will take part in this half marathon among some of London's most famous landmarks and four of London's Royal Parks, raising vital funds to help us protect Africa’s wild animals and habitats.

To apply for our charity place in the 2021 Royal Parks Half Marathon, you will need to be prepared to commit to a minimum fundraising pledge of £350. Support will be provided along the way, including training tips and fundraising ideas, as well as updates about our conservation projects in Kenya to keep our successful applicant motivated and inspired.

What you can expect if you are chosen to become part of our Royal Parks Half Marathon team:

- A dedicated fundraising contact to provide you with support along the way
- A ‘Sheldrick Wildlife Trust’ running vest to train in and proudly wear on the big day

We have 20 places available for the Royal Parks Half Marathon this year and we are looking to fill all 20 places with dedicated SWT supporter's who are fully committed to taking part in this 13.1 mile challenge and going the extra mile to raise as much as possible to help fund our conservation work. With the combined efforts of all 20 fundraisers - who together will raise at least £7,000 - our Royal Parks Half team really will be saving lives. But it’s not just about raising funds – by finding ways to reach out to as many as possible to achieve the fundraising target, our runners will also raise crucial awareness for elephants, rhinos and more, while introducing our life-saving projects to a wider audience.
