a) You hereby agree that COOS may collect, use and disclose your personal data that you
provide in this Form for the purpose of sending you updates about this event and other upcoming events, courses, seminars and related activities organized or co-organized by COOS.
b) You also consent to the disclosure of your personal data to COOS volunteers and other third party service providers that COOS may engage from time to time. If you are providing someone else’s personal data or submitting this Form on behalf of someone else,
you hereby declare that you have obtained consent from the individual(s) indicated in this Form, for the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by you to COOS, COOS volunteers and other third party service providers.
c) COOS respects the privacy of individuals and recognizes the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect, process and disclose your personal information.
d) COOS reserves the right to use any photograph/videography taken on COOS property or at the Event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph. Photographs may be used in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by COOS including but not limited to: view books, catalogues, search
pieces, newspapers, magazines, television, reports, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact COOS Administration Office in writing of their intentions and to include the photograph. The photo will be used for identification purposes and will be held in confidence by COOS Administration Office.
