IGNITE Career Launch Program - 2026 Mentor Survey
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this form! This program will partner you with a girl or gender-diverse individual looking for mentorship support in their STEM journey. We aim to create an opportunity and space for them to foster a connection with a STEM professional to gain insight and guidance within the industry. 

Mentors can expect:
  • Meeting for at least 6 sessions.
  • 45 - 60 min each session (recommended).
  • A full 12-week session guideline to reference.
  • A fall and spring cycle (Please fill out the form if you are interested in either or both).
  • Meeting via video calling -- if participants agree to meet in-person, it must be in a public space.
