MCAD Continuing Education Course Proposal
*IMPORTANT*: If you are new to teaching at MCAD, please apply for a teaching position at https://mcad.edu/about-mcad/job-opportunities before completing this form. Once your application materials have been reviewed, you may be invited to submit a course proposal.

MCAD Continuing Education welcomes proposals for new courses throughout the year. We plan our course schedule approximately 4-6 months in advance. Courses that present diverse perspectives and ideas are encouraged. Not all courses are selected to be offered. Courses are evaluated on the following criteria:

-Is the course proposal detailed and well-thought out?

-Will the course attract enough students? Consider whether or not you personally know at least 5 people who would take the course.

-Is the course different enough from our current/regular offerings? To see our current offerings visit mcad.edu/ce.

-Does the course align with MCAD's focus areas (i.e. we do not have a pottery or sewing studio).

-Can MCAD's facilities support this course along with the degree courses.

Please make sure your proposal is detailed and specific.

Please complete this form with as much information as possible.
