Amplify:  Connect with Teams for Your District & Elected Representatives
Teams across Utah are being formed for your elected representatives so we can work together with them to represent us and to preserve our freedoms, our rights as parents and our constitutional republic. We will pass your contact information on to the team member who leads the elected officials who represent you.  These team leaders are being supported by various organizations including Utah Parents United (generally for state & local school boards) and Utah Citizens for the Constitution (generally for Utah Representatives and Senators).  Once you fill out this form we will send your team leader your contact information to welcome you.

All messages pertaining to the teams associated with your elected officials will be replicated in the Amplify app so you only have to check one place ("Act" icon in Amplify app) and so that it won't get lost.  To receive these messages in Amplify, please click on Groups and make sure you are subscribed to Utah Parents United and Utah Citizens for the Constitution.
