Welcome! Now more than ever, it's important to keep our kids connected to their friends and the Sherwood community. To allow Sherwood families access to personal contact information, the Sherwood PSO asks that each family fill out the Family Directory Survey EACH YEAR. If you have filled this out in years past, you will need to complete it again. We would love to know more about you and your family.  Please note that by filling out this form, you're authorizing the Sherwood PSO to share your contact information with other Sherwood families.
