In the effort to maintain transparency between the fraternity and its constituents, all confirmed cases of chapter misconduct within the past 3 years will be made available upon request to members, new members, prospective new members, and to the parents of members, new members, or prospective new members. Confirmed cases of chapter misconduct include those in which the chapter was found in violation of the International Fraternity’s policies.
