Poster Session

    Posters are showcased on Wednesday, February 27 during the evening social. This is your chance to win the competition for the best poster (and accrue GISP Points!!!!). Entries are prioritized to North Carolina Government agencies, academic institutions and non-profit organizations.

    Registration

    To register for the poster session, please fill out the following information. Only one entry per person. Only one entry per organization on a first come first served basis, additional entries from the same organization will be "wait listed" Typically we have been able to accept all submissions though, so don't be afraid to submit!     Other Information:

    For Hard Copy Posters, an 8' x 4' board will be available in the Exhibit Hall. Please bring your own hanging supplies (push pins, velcro, tape, stapler, etc.) Please hang your poster by Noon on Wednesday, Feb 27th, 2019. Poster Session will be held Wednesday, the 27th between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. You should plan on being by your poster to showcase and answer any questions during this time. Voting will be held from Wednesday at 1:00 pm until the exhibit hall closes on Thursday at 6:00 pm. You must remove your poster by Friday noon. We cannot be responsible for posters or equipment that are not removed.
