Off-Campus Lunch Pass RulesA parent or guardian is required to complete this application. Forms submitted using a student WCPSS email or a student's personal email will result in a delayed approval, pending approval from a parent/guardian.
The cost of off-campus lunch passes for the 2024-25 school year is
$10 (plus online payment fee).
All payments can be made using Online School Payment:
SHS Fees - Online Payment.
(Take note of the payment receipt number as it is required response item in this form.)ALL FINES AND FEES LISTED IN POWERSCHOOL ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE LUNCH PASS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL RULES AND WCPSS POLICIES APPLY DURING OFF-CAMPUS LUNCH.
Pass Pick-Up:
Distribution of Off-Campus Lunch passes will take place when students return to school. We rely on the photography company to provide these passes. If the passes are not available by this date, passes will be handed out at the beginning of the school year.

NOTE: LUNCH PASSES COME FROM THE SCHOOL PICTURE VENDOR; THEREFORE, ALL STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO HAVE THEIR SCHOOL PICTURE TAKEN ON PICTURE DAY TO FACILITATE THE PRINTING OF LUNCH PASS.
