This is the form to register any event or activity at War of the Phoenix IV in February 2026. This includes both:
- Official Coordinator-Led Activities (such as scenarios, school tours, youth and teen activities)
Populace-Led Special Events (such as vigils, parties, concerts, tournaments, and household gatherings)
To register an event, please fill out this form as completely as possible so that the Activities Schedule Team has all the information needed to place it on the official schedule and avoid unnecessary overlaps.Once a registered event has been approved by Staff, a Facebook Event will be created by the Special Events Staff for each event. Please Like/Follow the War of the Phoenix page AND the Event page created to receive host access to your event.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- Registration of an event does not guarantee approval. All events must receive approval to be added to the schedule.
Deadline for submissions: All event requests must be received before Monday, December 15, 2025.
Arts & Sciences classes will be handled separately and should not be submitted through this form.
