our pies, both regular & gluten-free, are made simply with fresh yeast, olive oil & sea salt.
all pizzas are finished with Asaro, estate-grown, cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil.
all pizzas are par-baked. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Brush outer crust with oil. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes, rotate 180 degrees and back for an additional 10 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
