CRITERIAArtist Alley Staff will review all applicants based on several criteria including:1. Professionalism - We want our artists to have an actual booth with a display, not just a table and box of random stuff.2. Relation to Anime, Gaming, Comics, Japan - Preference will be given to artists that represent the convention's interests.3. TCC Student or Alumni - Students of Tarrant County College or alumni will be given special consideration.4. Local Artists - Local artists will be given special consideration.
CHECK-INVendors and artists will check-in at the SSTU Dining Hall.
SET-UP SCHEDULEThursday 1 - 10 p.m. (volunteer staff will leave at 8 p.m., building closes at 10 p.m.)Friday 8 - 12 p.m.Artists must be ready to sell at 12:00 PM on Friday.
LAYOUTWe have 6' rectangular tables that will be lining the perimeter of the SSTU Lobby. We will provide 2 chairs unless otherwise requested. Not all tables will have access to electricity. Please specify if you need access to electricity.
HELPYou can bring helpers, the convention is free so we just ask them to sign-in. We will have designated volunteers that will be present to bring by water and give bathroom breaks. We cannot provide volunteers to help you set-up and break-down.
RESTRICTIONSNo Food Sales: We have on-site food trucks, cafe, and concessions that help us fund the convention every year.No Mature Content: We are a family-friendly convention and we do not allow sexually explicit or other mature content.
