Being A Profitable Printer Survey
Have you ever wondered if there where things you were missing in your printing business which could make you a lot more profitable without doing extra work?  The following survey is designed to help printers understand where their weaknesses maybe and then determine the best action steps to take to maximize profitability.  For all those who complete the survey we will give a free report of the results from other printers, with suggestions from thought leaders on how to be much more profitable.    

Life Masteries Institute (LMI) is a 501c3 non profit organization devoted to helping young people and families see success in ever area of their life.  Every year LMI researches specific industries which we believe has great potential to impact the lives of families in many positive ways.

1. GOALS - What are your % of profit goals for the next 12 months? *
TIP:  If we do not have strong specific measurable goals, we will see less success.
2. PLANNING - How confident are you that you have a solid plan to achieve your 12 month goals? *
TIP: If we do the RIGHT ACTIONS, in the RIGHT WAY, over the RIGHT PERIOD OF TIME we will achieve our goals.  Achieving goals is a science.
3. NUMBERS - How important do you believe it is to know what other printers numbers are? *
TIP: If we know what profitable printers are doing, we can model their success in our own printing business.
4. EXPERT KNOWLEDGE - Importance of having outside experts review my numbers/data/financials at least once a month. *
TIP: We are often too close to our business to see valuable things which would increase our profitability.  This is someone who is more than a CPA.
5. POTENTIAL - If you were doing, everything you knew you should be doing in your business, what % of increase would your business see? *
TIP: Often . . . deep down, we see that we know that we have a lot more potential, that we are not fully tapping into.  If we do not do what we know we should do it is for one of three reasons: 1. We do not know the REAL value/profit of doing something.  2. We do not know the REAL costs of not doing something.  3. We do not know how to get something done with our current resources.
6. SELLING COMPANY - Have you ever considered selling your company?  (Check all that apply)
TIP: In an ideal world, an owner of a company, will have a detailed plan to sell their comany at least three years prior to the sale.
