- fill out this form to indicate what sponsorship level you are interested in. You can find more information about sponsorship benefits at http://ridgwayriverfest.org/sponsors/ and click on the 2020 RiverFest Sponsorship Packet link.

- make your monetary donation by May 15, 2020 online at: https://ridgwayriverfest.org/online-donations; or mail your check made payable to UWP to: Uncomphagre Watershed Partnership, P.O. Box 392, Ridgway, CO 81432.

- if you are donating to the silent auction, please send your items between May 22 and June 12 to: Uncomphagre Watershed Partnership, P.O. Box 392, Ridgway, CO 81432. (We can also arrange for pickup of local donations.)

- if you are donating at a Class II to V level, email a high resolution logo (JPG, TIFF or EPS file; color as well as black and white, if available) plus your website address for promotional materials by May 15.

Sponsorship Level: for Classes IV and III, at least half the sponsorship must be a financial contribution or the total product/service donation must be valued at one and a half times the sponsorship level (i.e. Class III can be a $500 payment, or a $250 payment plus $250 in products/services, or no payment but $750 in products/services donation) *
