2026 Conference Application Form
Hello! We're excited that you're interested in participating in this year's Summer Mathematics Programs Consortium conference, November 6–8, 2026 taking place in New York City in the Financial District.

The early interest deadline for submitting this application form is May 31, 2026. 
Applications received by May 31 should receive a decision on their attendance by June 15, 2026.

The regular interest deadline for submitting this application form is July 31, 2026.
Applications received by July 31 should receive a decision on their attendance by August 15, 2026.

If spots remain open, we will leave the application form open for late applications on a rolling basis until August 31.

This application form is for programs or individuals who are not already part of the Consortium. If you are a Consortium member or affiliate, please contact jacob@summermathprograms.org for the requisite forms.

WHAT
The annual Summer Mathematics Programs Consortium Conference is an opportunity for the leaders of intensive summer math programs to come together to share best practices and further our collective work. The conference is designed for up to 125 participants in total, and will be a collaborative weekend with many opportunities for participants to step up in leadership roles and contribute actively. 

WHEN AND WHERE

Our annual conference will take place November 6–8, 2026 in New York City near the Financial District.

SCHEDULE

  • The conference will begin with a social event on the evening of the first conference day on Friday, November 6. 
  • The conference sessions will take place on Saturday, November 7 (sessions 9am–5pm, followed by evening social activities) and on Sunday (sessions 9am–3pm).
FUNDING

Thanks to our generous supporters, we will provide funding for participants to cover travel, hotel rooms, and meals. View the Financial Policy for more details and guidance on reimbursements.
