New Referee Course October 2025 Application Form:
All participants will be required to compete the Laws of the Game component online before you attend the course at Brittain Park which is 148-164 Troughton Road, Coopers Plains on either 11 or 25 October 2025 from 8am to 3:00pm.  

To access the online component of the course please follow the below instructions:

As this is your first time accessing the Football Australia Learning Centre, you will need to complete a couple of steps.

1. Please follow the link below and search 'Learner', select the relevant state you are located in and proceed with the registration process.

2. After completing step 1, you will need to wait 48 hours, before being able to use the Football Australia Learning Centre link below to access the new learning platform. 

Please ensure you log in using the 'learner (Football Account)' option.  DO NOT PAY ONLINE!  You will receive an invoice in due course.

Please do not forget to send the Certificate on completion to secretary@qcsra.org.au.

The above process must be completed by the 4 October 2025 Once you send through the Certificate, the Secretary will forward you a handbook to bring with you to Brittain Park.

The cost of the course is $55.  This will entitle you to a discounted membership fee when joining QCSRA.  The full membership fee is $140 (senior) or $80 (junior) with the discount the balance will be $110 and $55 respectively.  An invoice will be emailed to you in due course i.e. a couple of weeks before the face-to-face course. Whilst not gaining a Football Queensland qualification, you still gain a QCSRA qualification which enables successful participants to be appointed.  

Once you has successfully completed the course and attended the day session at Brittain Park, you will be required to become a member of QCSRA Inc and purchase the required equipment and uniform.  More information will be provided to the participants after completing the online course.

Note: one must be at minimum turning 14 years old in the year commencing to referee.  This means one can be 13 to referee as long as you are turning 14 in the same year as commencing to referee.
