Use of Space and Equipment
>The party space is available for exactly the amount of time reserved. Requests for extra time will be made based on availability and will be charged at $50 per hour.
>The Hive Team will provide tables and chairs based on the number of guests entered.
>The Hive Team will provide the equipment necessary for themed parties (i.e. instruments and sound equipment for sing, dance, and play themed party). Requests for equipment will be made based on availability and will be quoted at the time of the request.
>The Hive Team will provide tablecloths, plates, and napkins for the number of guests entered.
>The Hive Team will clean up after the party is done.
All guests must sign a waiver before entering the party area. Guests 18 and older must sign their own waiver. Any guests not yet 18 must have their parent/guardian complete the waiver. All waivers must be filled out completely. If the waiver is not filled out correctly or completely, the guest is considered to not have a waiver and will not be allowed entrance to the party area.
>Registrant will be held liable for any damage caused to the space by guests of their event.

Review Your Order Before Submission - After submission, the Hive Team will review your order and send you an invoice via email. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required two weeks prior to the event (or at the time of the reservation). The balance will be due at the end of the event.
