I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to attend and view a rocket launch event at Raptor Roost. I understand and accept the potential risks associated with dry camping near the river and in proximity to rocket launches, including but not limited to the risks posed by environmental conditions, wildlife, and natural elements. I acknowledge that the unique setting of Raptor Roost, including the nearby river and rocket launch activities, presents inherent risks that require visitors to exercise caution and awareness during their stay.

I understand that the nature of the rocket launch involves inherent risks and dangers that may arise from various factors, including but not limited to, launch malfunctions, debris, and unforeseen events that can lead to hazardous conditions.

Assumption of Risk *

In consideration for being permitted to view the rocket launch at Raptor Roost, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Raptor Roost, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raptor Roost, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action brought by third parties arising from my participation in the rocket launch event.

I understand that photography and video recordings may be taken during the event. By signing this waiver, I grant Raptor Roost and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute any photographs, video recordings, or other media that include my image, likeness, or voice for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes without any compensation to me.
