What you will be doing...
● Support the ME-SOLshare team in undertaking its hardware development in the field of embedded systems, power electronics and machine to machine (M2M) communication.
● Contribute to design of SOLgrid and SOLPAYG products, in particular by development of prototypes, testing, evaluation and support in procurement and production.
● Get involved in firmware development for different embedded systems, including M2M infrastructure.
● Ensure support of field installations, operations and maintenance where needed, in particular by assuring technology transfer to the operations team.
What we look for...
● BSc, ideally also MSc, in Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering or equivalent.
● 2-5 years' experience in developing consumer electronics.
● Proven experience to drive a subsystem or product to completion.
● Experience of designing and working with PCB is must.
● Hands-on mentality for lab-based R&D works and field implementation.
● Experience in the design and implementation of subsystem tests.
● Strong skill set in C, C++, Microcontroller IDEs and other relevant tools.
● Working experience on circuit analysis/simulation and PCB designing software. Such as Proteus, PSpice, EAGLE, KiCAD, MATLAB etc.
● Expertise on writing product's specification, technical report etc.
● Expertise on ARM Microcontroller, ESP32, Git is highly preferred.
