2019-2020 OFLTA Membership Form
Annual regular membership in OFLTA is $35 and runs September 1-August 31. Please fill out this form and the proceed to our E-Shop, on our website, to pay for your membership. If you would like to pay via Paypal Invoice, please email Whitney at
to set this up after you have filled out this form. If you wish to pay for your membership by school P.O., check, money order or cash, please fill out this form, email Whitney so that she knows to look for your payment in the mail, and then mail your payment to the address listed on the membership form on our website under "membership".
Entry-year teachers (1st year in the profession) and university students, enrolled in a World Language program, STOP HERE and do not fill out this form. Please proceed to our website and look under "membership" for information on how to join and/or renew your membership.
University Students can then proceed to our E-shop to pay the yearly membership dues.
Our Fall Conference is Saturday, September 21st at Casady School in Oklahoma City. Membership must be received by the early bird cut off date for the Fall Conference for eligibility for member conference pricing. Get a $10 discount for presenting at our Fall Conference.
