I, [Vendor Name], hereby agree to set up a vendor booth at the RKT Dallas Yoga Fest 2025 event at my own expense. I acknowledge and understand that I am responsible for bringing the equipment for setup and agree to all costs associated with the setup, operation, and dismantling of the booth, including but not limited to, equipment, materials, labor, and transportation.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate as a vendor at the RKT Dallas Yoga Fest 2025 event, I, the undersigned vendor, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog/ JK Yog and Radha Krishna Temple, Allen, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and other vendors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

3. Indemnification

I, [Vendor Name], agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog/ JK Yog and Radha Krishna Temple, Allen, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers, and other vendors from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, and/or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the RKT Dallas Yoga 2025 event, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to any person or property caused by my actions or omissions.

4. Assumption of Risk

I, [Vendor Name], acknowledge and understand that participating in the RKT Dallas Yoga Fest 2025 event involves certain risks, including but not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, and other losses. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

5. Event Rules  - I, [Vendor Name/Entity], acknowledge and agree that by participating in the RKT Dallas Yoga Fest 2025, I have read the following terms and agree to abide by the Event Rules as required.

Certain Information for Vendors:

• Vendor booth is non-shareable, non-transferable, non-refundable. 

• Parking Spots are not reserved, please find a parking spot for yourself after unloading your things.

• Booth Locations will be assigned and allocated by Vendor Coordinator/s.

• Setup time:  each day 1 hour before the time mentioned. Please bring your own table and chairs.

• Please note: There shall be no space for Tent Set ups (Check for availability with Vendor Coordinator)

•  Each day, please take back all your stuff and products, and bring them back the next day and Set it up. We do not provide any storage area to keep your things.
  Also, every day before leaving make sure to keep your Booth Clean.

• No Flyering or publicity at any different place except your assigned vendor area, and during booth hours only.

• If the Vendor is not coming for the day or has any other impact due to weather conditions, we may provide a discount or consider the next event booth for that particular day (no guarantee)

• Closing Time for the Vendors will be the time assigned (and not later than 5 pm).  

• If the vendor has any questions regarding the booth or other queries, kindly ask the Vendor coordinator/s and not any other volunteers or other vendors. 

• I agree that I and/or my representatives shall treat everyone with respect and be courteous in their conduct and behavior with everyone while participating in the Event.

• Vendor is responsible for the product or service to be shipped/delivered. JKYog and their volunteers are in no way responsible for missed delivery or any kind of damage.

I (on behalf of my company)/Entity have CAREFULLY READ the Waiver Release of Liability and FULLY UNDERSTAND and am aware of its contents, and I sign it of my own free will. If I am representing a company, I hereby acknowledge that I am authorized to electronically sign on behalf of the company.

I/Vendor Entity hereby agree that in the event any claim arising out of any incidental or personal injury or damages to me/Vendor Entity, its agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, directors or any successors or assigns, no legal action shall be filed against the Released Parties. I shall indemnify and hold harmless such Released Parties against any and all such claims, including attorney's fees incurred by any person in defending such claims.
