Mentor Interest Form
Virtual and In-person Mentoring for 2024-2025

Mentors work with  Virginia high school seniors to help them:
    -work their way through the college application process;
    -find appropriate scholarship opportunities;
    -develop post-secondary skills to prepare for the college environment.

We are looking for mentors who:
    -can commit to work with their mentees for at least 2 hours a week; 
    -will join weekly synchronous Tuesday evening sessions;
    -are willing to maintain email communication (especially as deadlines approach).

We welcome current and former Dreamers, university students and graduates, counselors, retirees, all supportive community members with some knowledge of the college application process. Training, information, and guidance is offered in assisting mentors throughout the process. 

Mentors will need to submit to a background check.
