Full payment for the entire term must be made before enrolment is confirmed. Upon paying fees you have committed to the term.
Cancellation Policy: - Participant cancellation: No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions for term. A refund may be considered in only extenuating circumstances, an application for a refund must be applied for in writing however all refunds will incur an Administration Fee of 50% of remaining fee balance.
- Da Vinci Hub Pty Ltd cancellation: Da Vinci Hub Pty Ltd requires there to be minimum numbers to run sessions. In the event where minimum numbers are not met, sessions may be cancelled, 100% refund is provided. If facilitator is unable to continue sessions, fees will be refunded (pro-rata).
