Please complete this form AFTER you have been notified by a teacher that your student failed a course. NWHS summer school is REMOTE & VIRTUAL 6/24-7-24, 9am-1:30pm. (excluding Fridays and the week of 7/1) In person tutoring will be available, and we will share more information once your student is enrolled.
