QuadWorks Co-Sponsorship Form
Dear Student Organization/ Department:
QuadWorks is the student governed programming board of Mercer University. Devoted to campus unification, QuadWorks strives to provide culturally diverse and entertaining activities for Mercer students, faculty, and staff. QuadWorks is eager to co-sponsor activities with organizations and departments across the University. Decisions to co-sponsor events will be based on the following criteria.
Only proposals from University departments or recognized student organizations will be considered.
All co sponsored activities must fulfill the mission of QuadWorks:
“QuadWorks is the student governed programming board of Mercer University. Devoted to campus unification, QuadWorks strives to provide culturally diverse and entertaining activities for Mercer students, faculty, and staff.”
QuadWorks will not accept co-sponsorship proposal designed as a fundraiser for proposing organization; co sponsorship will only be considered in the event of a philanthropic fundraiser.
QuadWorks’ contribution to activities co sponsored with recognized student organization will not exceed two-thirds of the total program cost.
Any department or organization wishing to co sponsor an event with QuadWorks must complete a QuadWorks Co sponsorship form no less than two weeks prior to the date proposed activity. Requests will be granted in the order in which they are received (Subject to less money if turned in late).
A member of the QuadWorks Board will be appointed to assist with the planning of any activities co-sponsored by QuadWorks.
Any and all contracts that QuadWorks money will be going to needs to be given to the advisor for processing. Representatives from your organization will not be able to sign any contracts unless negotiated with advisor.
