It is illegal in VT and NH to comp Alcoholic Beverages, but all of our venues provide meals or discounts on meals. Please do not expect free alcoholic beverages. *

In agreeing to this performance, you understand that you are being contracted by The WheelersVT Productions, a talent buying agency. The venues are our clients and we represent them. Compensation for performances comes after our billing cycle the following Monday-Weds after the performance. Once billings are complete, payment to our contact on file will come via Venmo. This happens on Monday through Wednesdays, and only after a w9 is submitted to us. *

Our venues are our business. We have high professional standards for our contractors. Act like we would to our accounts and their customers because you are representing us as well as yourselves. 
Arrival to a performance should be no later than 1 hour prior to agreed start time. Breaks should be no longer than 15 minutes, and no more than two per performance. Equipment should be of a professional standard and tested and operational. 
Communication with the venue on arrival, setup, breaks and parking (if needed) will always be expected. 
Treat all staff and customers with respect. 
This is a paid job, not a fun night out. If guests come with you, you are in charge of how they act with staff and customers as well. No behavior deemed unprofessional will be tolerated.  Not following these guidelines could affect your agreed compensation, as well as future bookings with The WheelersVT Productions.

I understand that I am being contracted and paid by The WheelersVT Productions on behalf of their clients. Any future performances at the locations we hire you for are to be booked and scheduled only by The WheelersVT Productions, never directly with the venue or other agents. If The WheelersVT Productions cancels an agreement with a venue that we have booked you at in the past, there will be a period of 12 months before being able to perform at said venue. This is included in our agreements with our clients, and mandatory without written permission from our agency. Not following these guidelines could affect your agreed compensation, as well as future bookings with The WheelersVT Productions.  *

Our payday for most shows is the following Monday or Tuesday after billing our clients. Venmo is our only payment method at this time. We need a w9 with the appropriate tax info before any payments can be made. *
