1. Adding me to the volunteer schedule mailing list
2. Allocating and scheduling me for volunteer opportunities
3. Sending me information when there are other ad hoc opportunities
4. Adding me to the newsletter mailing list.
5. I may send an email to programmes@theprojectx.org or click the 'unsubscribe' button in the email if I wish to be removed from the volunteer schedule and/or newsletter mailing list.
