Drive Host Registration Form - 2023

The Salvation Army’s 2023 Water Drive is designed to provide heat relief and emergency water to tens of thousands of local neighbors in need. Last year, nearly 48,000 individuals were served and over 147,000 water bottles were distributed in this effort, so the need is great. Your generous donations can save the lives of people battling the scorching summer temps.

The Salvation Army encourages and appreciates donation deliveries to our warehouse/distribution center at 2702 E. Washington St. in Phoenix. If you require donations to be picked up, please indicate so below, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Warehouse operating hours vary based on seasonal events, therefore, arrangements for both drop-offs and pickups must be made in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
