Please review the following expectations prior to submitting your presentation proposal.

By submitting this presentation proposal, you are agreeing to the following stipulations:

1. to provide a LIVE session during the conference at your assigned time (we try to do everything we can to accommodate presenters from different time zones all over the world - you will be consulted about convenient times for your presentation; All presenters must be available at the assigned time and it is the responsibility of the presenters to be aware of time zone assignments)

2. to present in English (presenters are responsible for obtaining interpretation services, if needed)

3. to attend the conference during the first weekend of February (free conference attendance (No CMTEs) is provided to all presenters; presenters MUST register for the conference in order to get information on how to attend)

4. to provide copies of presentation slides and handouts to OCMT two weeks prior to the conference (We use the slides only in case of technological emergencies; handouts are distributed through our conference platform and must be uploaded prior to the conference for attendees)

5. to ensure that proper permissions have been given for use of any videos and/or copyrighted or protected media in presentations; if permission is revoked at any time, presenters MUST inform OCMT immediately for the removal of such material

6. to provide any additional paperwork as required by OCMT and/or continuing education bodies as requested

7. to provide head shots for all presenters

8. to record a one (1) minute promotional video by NOVEMBER 15 for purposes of conference promotion

Submitting this proposal indicates agreement with the stipulations above.
