Please read the following carefully:
During the Convention, volunteers are needed to serve in the Registration Area for members and presenters, oversee evaluation materials, and organize the flow of traffic through the express registration.
The schedule is demanding and we really will rely on you to be there during the times that you indicate.

NSTA policy states that --
"Everyone attending an NSTA conference must have a paid registration. Anyone who works at a conference and, therefore, cannot participate fully in the activities of the conference will have all or part of their registration paid by NSTA.
For any volunteer who works at least one full day (8 hours or more) during the conference, NSTA will pay 50% of the registration fee.
For two or more days of such work, NSTA pays the full registration fee for volunteers who work 16 hours or more."
Hours of work need not be consecutive.

Please respond carefully to the questions regarding dates and times and your availability to serve as a volunteer.
Schedules reflect an overlap in times so that we can get you up-to-speed on your assignment. Please consider this when selecting volunteer times.

You will receive an email confirmation two weeks prior to the conference with the dates and times for which we have you scheduled. If for any reason changes in your volunteer schedule or participation changes please notify Valerie Franks -vjfranks2@gmail.com
