What's this all about?
The Access log API is a 90 day record of events that captures what an agent has accessed in your account, without necessarily updating, creating or deleting anything. We call these the “read” events and the Access log is your record of read events for your account.
Is this available to everyone?
There are a few pre-requisites to be part of this Early Access Program:
- You must be on the Support Enterprise plan
- Only admins will be able to call the API
This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?
- A large part of our frontend uses a tool called GraphQL. For the purposes of this EAP it means that the URL path is obfuscated and we don’t know what was accessed as part of the request an agent made. You will see this /graphql path in some of the URLs. We’re working hard towards removing this barrier but at the point of going into EAP it’s still a work in progress. We’ll keep the Community forum updated as work progresses.

- If your account moves pods at any point during the EAP, you’ll lose access to the information and events that were created when you were on the old pod will not be copied over.

- There are still some parts of the product that we can’t gather information from, like Explore and Sell.

What is expected of me?
There are a few things we ask:

1. Provide feedback on the feature, ease of use, and documentation
2. Report any bugs
3. Be open to working very closely with us, initially and ongoing through this stage
4. Willingness to get it wrong, in order to make it better
