Use this form to sign up online for McMinnville Public Library's home delivery service. This form is for McMinnville patrons that live within a four (4) mile radius of the cities of McMinnville, Lafayette, Carlton, and Yamhill. Alternatively, those that live outside our service area that have setup an approved alternate drop location (i.e. a family members home, friends house, or a workplace that can accept deliveries) can also sign up.
