We will limit to two vendors per company or creation type.
Forms and payments must be received by October 15.
Booth fees are nonrefundable. Booth space is one 6 foot table.
You are welcome to rent two spaces.
Each booth is $40.
Table rental is $5 per table.
Electrical outlet is $5 fee. Must bring own extension cord (limited availability).
Must donate an item worth $20 for a silent auction.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations of the show as found on this form. Booth renters may not sell or transfer their booth space to a third party. Booth fees are nonrefundable.
