Together, we have the power to stop the billionaire agenda.
We say YES to the power of the people! YES to a publicly-funded, single-payer, universal healthcare program that provides comprehensive healthcare - including Long Term Care - for all people, regardless of employment, citizenship, hours worked, care needs, gender, income level, age or any other status. #PassNYHealth #MedicareForAll YES to unifying under one healthcare plan, so no individual or group has to fight on their own against insurance corporation denials, crushing drug costs, premiums, deductibles, copays, surprise bills or cuts to their care. YES to the security of guaranteed healthcare so workers are empowered to change jobs, bargain hard for other benefits and strike without risk of losing their care or having to make concessions on wages, and so they won't lose their care if they become injured or too sick to work.
We are many. They are few! When we fight, WE WIN!
We say NO to cuts & privatization of public Medicaid & Medicare, NO to the current
segregated, inequitable healthcare system & policies that prioritize
profits for insurance & pharma corporations before our health, NO to firing our vital researchers, public health & healthcare workers, NO to dismantling our public health agencies, NO to demonization & criminalization of our immigrant, disabled, BIPOC, and LGBTQ community members, NO to gutting funding for life-saving HIV programs, DEI initiatives, harm reduction, community health & education, NO to attacks on our students, free speech, abortion rights & patient confidentiality, NO to detentions, deportations & disappearances of immigrants, asylum seekers, naturalized citizens & other residents of the US whatever their status, NO to cutting essential healthcare services to give more tax breaks to millionaires & billionaires.
