- The regular 4 day cooking camp session from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm through Tuesday to Friday(drop off starts at 9:30 am), in English. It’s a hand-on class where the kids will learn the fundamentals such as kitchen safety and sanitation, knife skills, the classic sauces (bechamel, vinaigrette, veloutes…) introduction to pastry… The kids will take home recipes. - A new, exciting 3 day cooking camp session (Tuesday to Thursday from 2:30 to 4:00 pm) taught in French, where kids will learn how to bake Viennoiseries and French Sweet Specialties "dans la langue de Moliere". They will bring back recipes in French.
