Join the London Social Prescribing Network
It is absolutely crucial that you all have the opportunity to shape the network that you are a part of.

The network is a place for VCSE organisations to share what you are doing with each other, talk about the challenges you are facing, and what would help solve these challenges. We will also create opportunities for you to share ideas so that we can all strategically influence health inequalities at a local level.  Your ideas may include a request for a webinar you want to see run, or perhaps some thoughts on topics you would like to see featured in the monthly newsletter.

London Plus works closely with lots of other bodies, including the Greater London Authority and Healthy London Partnership, and has links with commissioners, primary care networks, and other health professionals. Because of this, we can help you get messages across about what you need to strengthen your work in social prescribing.

Please fill in this form to join our network and share your ideas – as many as you like! All your contributions will be read, and hopefully processed into something on which we can act.

If you would like to get in touch directly email: socialprescribing@londonplus.org.
