This fabulous fashion fair is your one-stop shop for vintage fashions, racks of pre-loved clothing, jewellery, rare records, antique furniture, everything from old magazines to jewellery to all manner of unique treasures.

If you love to show off your vintage finds, pre-loved clothing, latest up-cycled creations, amazing accessories, antique furniture or even something different to stand out from the crowd, fill in the application form below! Don't forget to read the terms and conditions below.
Booking for the entire weekend is essential.
3x3m stall space $40 per day
3x3m stall space $60 per weekend
• We have parking available next door at a rate of $4 per parking space.
• We can offer single weekend cover for $10 Public liability insurance at a rate of $10 per weekend.
• We have large vintage wooden trestle tables for hire at a rate of $10 per table.
There is NO power available and all sellers and food vendors must operate without power or bring a generator.
Every 1st weekend of every month (The 2020 season begins in August )

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Are required to fill in the online application form to apply for a site.
• Must have a current certificate of currency with a minimum $10 million public liability insurance unless single day cover is purchased.
• Must be dressed in professional attire, appropriate for retail.
• Must act in a professional and polite manner towards staff, other sellers and customers.
• All sites must have signage clearly showing your business name or trading name.
• Must be approved to trade at this event.
• Must abide by the bump-in / bump-out times. We don't allow early bump-ins or bump-outs.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS PROHIBITED FOR SALE BY STALLHOLDERS
Goods which infringe any copyright or registered trade mark, goods or merchandise that cannot be sold by law.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AS A STALL HOLDER?
We only provide an empty space.
Every seller is different and you should bring anything you need to trade.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CAN'T ATTEND?
Cancellations must be done formally by email.
