Guest Speaker Application for Southeastern Connecticut Women’s Network Luncheon

The Southeastern Connecticut Women's Network is actively seeking dynamic Guest Speakers for our monthly luncheons, which are open to both Network members and guests. Our audience enjoys a wide range of topics, with popular themes including:

  • Women’s Health & Wellness
  • Work-Life Balance
  • Marketing Strategies
  • Time Management & Productivity Skills
  • Financial Wellness
  • Leadership Development
  • The Role of Technology in Business Growth

Applications for Guest Speakers are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed by the Programs Committee and Network’s Executive Board throughout the year. We are looking for speakers who can captivate and engage our audience, providing educational and motivational insights, fresh perspectives, and practical takeaways that inspire action.

Guest Speaker Expectations: Once selected, Guest Speakers are asked to:

  • Promote the event through your own channels, including social media, email newsletters, and your website.
  • Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation time.
  • Test all AV and technical equipment prior to the start of the event to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging tone throughout your presentation.
  • Complete a post-event evaluation to provide feedback and improve future Network events.
