TGD 15 Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help run Tennessee Game Days 15! We truly could not put this event on without the individuals that are willing to give up a little of their gaming time so that the rest of the weekend is able to happen. Please fill out this form as completely as you can and drop us a line if you have any questions.

Scheduling Restrictions
Please list the specific days/times you cannot work.
Your answer
Do you want to work 2 or more shifts?
Each shift is approximately 4 hours long. Doing so gets you a family pass (or a second individual pass).
If you are working 2+ shifts or plan to upgrade to a family pass on site, list the names you want on the rest of your badges, separated by commas.
Your answer
If you are working 2+ shifts, tell us how many and if you want any shifts to be on the same day.
Your answer
How are you willing to help? *
Registration / Library volunteers work 4 hours, often with a partner. Setup/Tear-down of the TGD Library requires lifting tubs of games and (de)assembling the library, up to 4 hours. Tour Guides teach board games to a group of attendees. We aim for 4 hours but they are sometimes slightly shorter or longer. Please be aware if you have other appointments. More detailed descriptions can be found on the volunteer page (http://www.tngamedays.com/volunteer.html).
Required
Personal Tour Composition
Only for those interested in hosting a personalized tour. Please note: we have to use volunteers to fill mission critical slots first, like Registration and Publisher Tours. Once those slots are staffed, we can fill the schedule with Personal Tours. We have a strong preference that your Personal Tour be current games rather than classic games. We may assign you a co-tour-guide to double the number of participants. It is quite possible you will only teach and not play during your Tour due to Flight overlap. Please list your Tour Name, Game #1 title, run time + teach time IN MINUTES, MAX number of players, and number of copies of the game you can source (it takes 2 copies of a title to run a tour, TGD will try to source copies if needed), Game #2 title, time, players, copies, ...and repeat. Example: The Ultimate Caveman Tour!, Stone Age, 120, 4, 1, One Night Ultimate Werewolf, 20, 10, 2, and so on.
Your answer
When would you like your free lunch during the convention?
Our volunteer only Punch Party will (tentatively) be on Saturday, February 22nd at 11:30 am. Will you join us?
The punch party is where we unwrap and punch out all of the publisher donated games, eat lunch, and play games led by the practicing TGD Tour Guides.
Anything else we should know?
