CMS invites Medicaid and CHIP program staff, and their quality improvement partners, to participate in the Medicaid and CHIP Quality Improvement (QI) Open School. The Open School courses are a series of seven self-directed quality improvement online courses* that will help you develop, strengthen, and use your QI skills, including how to craft an effective aim statement, how to choose and use measures for QI, how to use Plan-Do-Study-Act testing to develop strong programs and policies, as well as much more.
To begin, complete and submit this expression of interest (EOI) form. Once completed, you will receive an email with further instructions on registration.
NOTE: The MAC QI Open School program is offered to individuals who work in state Medicaid agencies and partner organizations working to improve outcomes for Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries.
