Schedule Concern Form
Schedules for the 2017-2018 school year were created during the 2016-2017 school year and individualized to meet each student's academic needs. Students were placed into advanced English Language Arts or math classes based on recommendations from teachers, grades, and test scores. Students were placed into their applied academic classes based on their requests made in the Spring. For those reasons, schedule changes are up to the discretion of the counselors and administrators. However, if you feel that there an error in your schedule or want to request a schedule change, you can use this form to tell us. If there is a schedule change made, the student will be contacted. Please keep in mind that students who received at least 2 of the applied academic classes they chose may not be granted a schedule change.
